Everything you need to know about Holingo.
Yes. Holingo is completely free to use. All 73 books, all quiz types, streaks, leaderboards, and friend challenges are included at no cost.
We primarily use the King James Version (KJV), a timeless and widely respected translation. French and Spanish Bible translations are also available. The KJV's precise, poetic language is ideal for memorization.
Holingo covers the 73-book Bible canon, which includes the 7 Deuterocanonical books alongside the 66 books of the traditional canon. The 66 books are available now; the 7 Deuterocanonical books are coming soon.
There are no passwords on Holingo. When you sign in, we send a 6-digit one-time code to your email. Enter the code to access your account. The code expires after 10 minutes. It's secure and simple, with nothing to forget.
Multiple Choice (pick the right answer from four options), Fill in the Blank (complete the missing word in a verse), Word Scramble (arrange scrambled words into the correct verse order), and Recitation (type the verse from memory).
When you start a module, Holingo uses DeepSeek AI to generate quiz questions for that specific chapter. Questions are cached so later visits load instantly.
Hearts refill over time. You get 5 hearts and lose one for each incorrect answer. If you run out, you can wait for them to refill or continue reading without the quiz pressure.
